Refund policy
Exchange Policy
At The Eagles Shop, we offer a 10-day exchange window from the date you receive your item. To qualify for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
To initiate an exchange, please email schoolstore@grovecitychristian.org. Items must be brought to the front desk and clearly labeled as Exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it immediately and contact us at schoolstore@grovecitychristian.org. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanging for a Different Item
The quickest way to get your desired item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed with purchasing the new item.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
